I was really disappointed when we got kicked out of the pool area with no heads-up because they were setting up for an event. We chose this hotel specifically for the pool, and the lack of communication was frustrating.

Wonderful and lovely place with VERY WELCOMING staff like one house keeping manager and restaurant manger. Nice swimming pool and comfortable and marvellous location adjacent to which was lovely in the evening, the capital and the restaurant. Lots of food options at a medium distance from the venue. Lots of options, brilliant food.

I recently stayed for a weekend getaway, and I was thoroughly impressed! The room was beautifully decorated and well-equipped, providing a fantastic view of the city and the sea. The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the choice of pillows. The staff were genuinely friendly and attentive, making check-in a breeze. The highlight was definitely the rooftop pool, which offered stunning vistas and a perfect spot to unwind. Breakfast was diverse and delicious, catering to all tastes, while the cleanliness throughout the hotel was perfect.

The staff were super friendly, always greeting us with a smile. The location is spot on-just a short drive to popular spots like Galle Face Green and the national museum. The infinity pool was a highlight for me, offering amazing views, plus the breakfast buffet was seriously delicious, with everything from fresh omelets to pastries. A perfect way to start the day!
Check-in took a bit longer than expected, and there weren't many seats available for taxis at the entrance, which was a bit annoying. The atmosphere felt a tad quiet since the place is still new, and the bar wasn’t open yet, but I think that will get better with time. it didn’t ruin our awesome stay!

I just had the most frustrating experience at a hotel. Plus, the breakfast fiasco was embarrassing-I thought it was included, but staff surrounded me demanding payment. So uncomfortable!

Fine views with some hiccups
The half sea view from my Beautiful King Room was the highlight, along with complimentary tea. The modern shower was refreshing after a long day of exploring Colombo.
Unfortunately, the food options were quite limited, and I faced a frustrating dispute over bottled water that dampened the experience. Check-in was a bit awkward on the 10th floor.

The location is perfect for exploring Colombo, especially the harbor. My two teenagers loved spending time at the rooftop pool, enjoying the fine views. We also visited the Royal Colombo Golf Club, a great spot for a fun family outing.
My kids wished for quicker food service .

I loved relaxing by the amazing rooftop pool with those stunning city views and enjoyed the comfy bed in my room, where I could sip on some free tea. The pool area was nice for chilling out after a long day, and the gym had everything I needed for a quick workout. Just a heads up, the breakfast wasn’t really anything special, so maybe grab a bite out nearby too! 😊
